I am running in my vibrams for a while now and I love it.
I managed to get rid of my heel strike in no time as it feels just natural to rather use a front to mid strike when running.
I am now trying to also walk more barefoot at home, but when walking I still have a heel strike as this still feels right. The result is heel pain after a while on hard ground.
Is walking barefoot also meant to be performed with a front to mid strike? Just feels weird in that case...
